Lounge lizard is from 1912, originally in reference to men who hung around in tea rooms to flirt.

Must get out on bike more here. I'd guess from the photo you were in the Southern Uplands. Always nice to be over the clouds. Once climbed Tryfan in fog/cloud, only to discover that summit was just sticking out of it (along with the summits of the other Welsh 3000ers).

this hill is actually just up the road from my house. only two people and some dogs out yesterday. the river valley was full of mist and jsut clearing as i got up there...
