the poetry bus, she is here!

as the tfe poetry bus pulls up at the swiss stop it's a simple task ahead. pick one or more of the above images, pop them back on the bus and take them for a poetic journey.
short, sweet and simple. enjoy!

Silver rising through glass, stalked
blooms arms length, like febrile kisses
to a blanched left hand, she squeeezed
to white

I have to hurry if I'm catching the bus this time. I'll be on the road for more than a week, leaving Friday. If I can't make it, I'll be with you in spirit!

I am reading that first image as a daffodil - is that alright?!
If it is, here is my daffy poem, written as March departs..

I have number one as an artistic representation of the alimentary canal, number three is an ancient Szechuam manuscript and number four is the surface of Jupiter's moon Io, seen at a distance of 200,000 miles.
No idea about number two.

Just to let you know I've scheduled my contribution to appear on Sunday.

Must rush!

Hi Swiss - my first visit to your blog, although I have heard a lot about it from Dominic - now I have to choose which picture - but something will materialise for Monday - I promise.
