david parfitt

there seems something apposite in david parfitt's images of england right now. evocative but the use of monochrome speaking to something deeper

joselito sabogal

joselito sabogal has little in the way of web presence other than a massive array of mesmerizing images online, can't ask for better than that.

sergio cerchi

i'm not going to lie, sergio cerchi's images aren't amongst my favourites but i find his structure and the way he gets his paint down quite enthralling

viktor ehikhamenor

viktor ehikhamenor is one of those artists for me that you happen upon and all of sudden you realise you've had a perceptual shift. plus he works in lines but massively bolder than me. and, without wanting to lapse too much into politics (tho his words on damien hirst remain apposite), it's great to see a successful artist from anywhere in africa who hasn't had to migrate to the uk or america.

goroh tagawa

it seems like ages since i've had a text based artist on here but goroh tagawa fits the bill nicely whether it's actually text or asemic imagery. this is a feast

naomi tydeman

i'm not a big fan of more representational landscapes, which naomi tydeman does as well, butwhen she's just on the edge of abstraction i find her work sublime. great skills!

albert koetsier

this type of x-ray representation has become more common in recent years but i don't think you can go wrong with a decent image from nature of a monday and albert koetsier does it perfectly!
